Mark L. Collins, PT
Mark earned his degree in physical therapy from the University of New England, Maine in 1988. He has an extended curriculum in continuing education topics and specializes in orthopedic manual physical therapy.
Seeking the freedom and independence to practice his own unique approach of detail oriented care, Mark founded Goffstown Physical Therapy (GPT) in 1991. For over 24 years Mark has perfected his skills and helped thousands of patients experience restored function and freedom from pain and immobility.
Mark and his wife Laura have lived in Goffstown since 1990 where they have been raising their five children. He has been actively involved in helping the youth of the community through coaching, sponsoring and serving on the board of many sports programs.
Peter Kapetan, PT
Peter earned his degree in physical therapy from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he grew up. He has over 30 years of experience in manual therapy. Peter prides himself on being thorough and conscientious of the patient’s needs and injuries. He joined the staff at GPT in 2016. Peter has enjoyed the opportunity to treat patients in Canada, Massachusetts, Louisiana, and New Hampshire, where he settled down to raise his family. Along with his travels, Peter enjoys learning new languages – currently fluent in English, French and Greek. He is teaching himself Spanish, as well. Outside of work, Peter enjoys being with his family, raising his two daughters and taking road trips back home to Montreal.
Deborah Sangillo
Debbie Sangillo joined our staff as a receptionist at GPT in 2017. Debbie is happy to help you with scheduling appointments as well as answering questions and concerns regarding insurance and billing. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys raising her family and making memories with them while traveling.
